What is a tilt trailer? Tilt trailers are standard flatbed trailers equipped with a pivot point behind the axles, allowing the back end of the trailer to tilt. When tilted, the built-on rear ramps meet the ground and you are able to load equipment with the trailer itself. The front half of the trailer deck is stationary for stability and our 14K and 17K models come with a heavier-duty tongue jack and mounted toolbox on the tongue.
