Chris Biesecker
Chris guides the overall direction of Nolan Manufacturing, ensuring the company stays focused on quality, customer service, and steady growth. A graduate of West Davidson High School, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Chris takes pride in growing a business rooted in the same community where he was raised.
​
While the day-to-day operations are handled by the team, Chris is always close by to offer support, solve problems, and help move big ideas forward. Nolan Manufacturing was named after his oldest child—a fitting reminder that this company is built on family, commitment, and pride in doing things the right way.
​
Chris and his wife, Erika, have three children: Nolan, Mason, and Madison. When he’s not at work, you’ll often find him at the lake, fishing and doing watersports with his family. He’s also a strong believer in giving back to the community, volunteering his time and serving on multiple boards for over 20 years. Currently, he sits on a philanthropy board for Brenner Children’s Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC, and he has a special commitment to supporting causes that benefit children. Chris and his father, David Biesecker, have sponsored kids’ athletic teams and other community functions for over 40 years through numerous family-owned businesses.

Katelyn Hunt
From HR to accounts payable, Katelyn keeps our operations running smoothly with sharp attention to detail and a commitment to supporting the entire team.

Katelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Law from Western Carolina University and brings over a decade of experience in the manufacturing industry. She’s passionate about finding more efficient ways to work and helping teams grow stronger together.
​
Outside of work, Katelyn loves relaxing at the coast, exploring small towns, and discovering new local restaurants. She’s also an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her pets. Always eager to learn and improve, Katelyn believes real growth begins when you step outside your comfort zone.
Inside Sales Support
Meghan Nealey
From processing orders and invoices to managing MCOs and customer documentation, Meghan keeps everything organized and moving smoothly with speed and attention to detail.

A graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution and Logistics, Meghan brings a strong customer-first approach and a steady hand to the daily workflow. She lives in Denton, NC with her husband, Nathan, and their two children, Deacon and Reagan.
​
Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with family, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and relaxing at the beach—her favorite getaway spot.
Finishing Department Manager
Scott Stovall
Scott joined Nolan Manufacturing in 2022 and has steadily advanced to the role of Finishing Department Manager. He leads with precision and purpose, ensuring every trailer is properly finished and ready for final inspection before it leaves the production line. Drawing on 10 years of law enforcement experience, Scott brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a calm, steady presence to the floor. His leadership continues to raise the bar for quality and consistency within the finishing department.
​
Outside of work, Scott is a committed youth baseball and football coach who enjoys mentoring kids and helping them find positive outlets—hoping to make a difference before they ever cross paths with law enforcement. He serves as the President of the Southwood-Southmont Booster Club and takes pride in supporting the next generation. Scott also enjoys dining out, vacationing when the opportunity arises, and never hesitates to answer the call when his team needs him.
Welding Manager
Marcus Smith
Marcus has been with Nolan Manufacturing since day one, playing a pivotal role in designing our very first trailer and attachment builds. With over a decade of prior experience in the trailer and attachment industry—and a background running his own carpentry business—Marcus brought a hands-on, detail-driven approach to his original role as designer and welder. Today, as our Welding Manager, he leads the welding team and ensures every weld meets Nolan’s high standards for quality and durability before moving down the production line.
​
In his free time, Marcus enjoys spending time with his family and taking care of his farm—before returning each day to support the welders and help Nolan grow with new and improved trailer and attachment builds.
Marketing Manager
Kaite Smith
Kaite designs all of our flyers, catalogs, and promotional materials—she’s behind the writing and visuals that bring the Nolan brand to life.

A graduate of West Davidson High School, she moved to Hickory, NC, to earn her bachelor's degrees in management and marketing from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2021. Now based in Lexington, NC, Kaite focuses on creating the signage, social media content, and custom graphics our dealers rely on. She’s always happy to help with eye-catching materials for your project or promotion—just be sure to reach out in advance.

Having grown up in the Tyro community, Kaite takes pride in serving a company rooted in her hometown area. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with animals, taking on creative challenges, and vacationing in the mountains. She finds inspiration in new experiences and is always exploring fresh ideas to bring into her designs.
